Shipping and delivery

DISPATCH TIMES:

Orders for stock items (i.e non personalised, not made to order/commission pieces) are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, we do not post orders on Saturday/Sunday or on Bank Holidays). 

We currently only post to UK Mainland addresses (we do not currently post items to Northern Ireland). 

Timescales for arrival via Royal Mail may vary, but are usually received within 2-5 working days of dispatch.  Please note at busier periods (eg: due to public holidays/national holidays, strike action, Covid, etc...) this may be much longer than usual, so please bear this in mind before ordering.

If you have not received your item after 10 days of receiving your dispatch notification email (and there isn't an obvious reason for delay like national/local strike action, public holidays, busy periods - Easter/Christmas etc...) please contact me at [email protected] and I will investigate this for you. 

Please contact me within 30 days of dispatch if you haven't received your item so a full investigation can be carried out, after 30 days it is unlikely we will be able to investigate or process a refund/replace the item.
